The board is 12" from the thumb hole to the bottom of the circular part. The round circle part is about 10" in diameter. The thickness is 3/4".
It has been sanded smooth, sprayed with water to raise the grain, then sanded smooth again. 100% food safe cutting board oil has been applied to condition the wood for longevity while repelling water and food particles.
This board has rounded over edges on the top and bottom and has handles grooved into the side for easy mobility.
This board is made from walnut, maple, and purpleheart wood sustainably harvested by the Amish in North-Central Wisconsin. No dyes or chemicals are ever used, these are the woods natural colors.

To keep your walnut and epoxy board in pristine condition, please follow these care guidelines:
Serving vs. Cutting: While the epoxy is food-safe, cutting directly on it will leave scratches; we highly recommend using this primarily as a serving board.
Cleaning: Hand wash only with light soap and hot water. Wipe clean and allow to dry upright. Never submerge in water or place in a dishwasher.
Conditioning: Periodically apply food-grade cutting board oil to the wood portions to maintain the luster and protect against moisture.
